Google Tools EDU 922 Google Tools for Educators

Eduspire’s courses are offered by Wilson College as individual 3-credit graduate-level courses, and most courses can also be taken as part of the Master of Educational Technology (MET) degree program.

Examines the Google Workspace of educational tools (formerly G Suite and Google Apps for Education) and explores how these technical tools can aid teachers in developing digital learning resources and methodologies. Students will learn to effectively implement Google Workspace tools in classroom instruction and activities to facilitate collaborative, independent, and differentiated learning. 

Investigate the free educational solution, Google Workspace, and understand how these technical and educational tools can empower teachers and students to develop authentic, relevant digital learning. Develop proficiency in Google Tools for effective implementation in classroom instruction and activities, to facilitate collaborative, independent and differentiated learning.

*Participants in the online sessions of this course will have mandatory, synchronous, video conference sessions. The dates and times are listed on each course registration page.

 

As part of this course, Eduspire will pay the testing fee for the Level 1 or Level 2 Google Certification exam.
